Assam Rifles Extends Medical and Dental Healthcare Outreach to Tribal Community in Tripura
Medical-cum-Dental Camp Held at Silachari, Gomati, to Support Tribal Communities
The Assam Rifles organised a Medical-cum-Dental Camp at Silachari in Gomati district of Tripura on 25 September 2026 as part of its continued outreach towards the tribal population of the state.
The camp provided medical consultation, health screening, dental examination and healthcare advice, with a focus on preventive healthcare, personal hygiene and oral health awareness.
The initiative was aimed at bringing essential healthcare services closer to the local community while creating greater awareness about preventive healthcare and oral health.
The camp also provided an opportunity for Assam Rifles personnel to interact with members of the local population and understand their healthcare-related concerns.
