A Soldier of the Provost Unit
Naik Vasudev Joshi served with the 15 Infantry Division Provost Unit of the Indian Army during the Indo-Pak War of 1965. As a member of the Corps of Military Police, his responsibilities included maintaining discipline, regulating military movement and supporting the functioning of the Army in an operational environment.
