Constable Bhoop Narayan Mishra of the 48th Battalion, Central Reserve Police Force, made the supreme sacrifice on 4 November 1994 while performing sentry duty at Police Control Room Gate No. 1 in Jammu.
His company was deployed at the Police Control Room for security duties.
